chore: update flake and start removing Snowfall-Lib references 
Snowfall is no longer maintained (substituteAll not working in snowfallorg.flake, and Jake started moving to Nilla instead. Gonna have to look into reorienting myself, maybe start setting up a proper config without to much use from dependencies
